CAPS provide transport services for clients with disabilities so that they can reach their daily living goals and gain access to the things they need to do. NDIS funding is provided for clients who require assistance to travel to support services as per their NDIS plan.

Where it Happens
CAPS is a registered NDIS transportation provider and can do transports across the Melbourne Metropolitan area for client convenience. Our Support Workers are trained and accredited to provide the highest quality of care and service. Clients can be assured that their transport needs are prioritized and are reliably met with high standard of safety and care.

CAPS stringently adheres to the DFFH guidelines when employing staff and our people are employed under the SHADS agreement. CAPS is also a ‘Licensed Labour Hire Provider.’ All CAPS carry all the necessary insurance coverages, such as Work Cover, Public Liability Insurance, and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
